Escorted by eagles and carried by the tides…
We'll travel by boat through Casco Bay to the shell-covered shores of Malaga Island, where we'll walk the forest, gather in circle and sink into the simple medicine of being held by the natural world.
This is a space to get quiet and feel your body outside of the frenetic hustle of summer in Maine.
A chance to remember that you are in not just in relationship with the Earth—you are the Earth.
Just like the tides, you ebb and flow, requiring different tending depending on where you are in your inner cycle and the outer seasonal cycle.
There’s no better place to remember our ever-changing nature than on the ocean.
For a few precious hours, the sea carries us, the island welcomes us, and Mother Earth reminds us that we are always held.
